Job summary

Desda Group seeks an experienced senior contract engagement embedded with a client transition lead to own the delivery framework for pre-completion mobilisation, Day 1 change of control, and SFT planning and execution.

The role requires 8+ years in superannuation with multiple SFTs, deep insider knowledge of major Australian administrators, and demonstrated capability in insurance transition and governance across trustee and employer domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in superannuation with two or more SFTs or administrator changes taken end to end.
• Deep insider knowledge of a major Australian administrator - transitions, multi-fund and client service operations
• Insurance transition capability - cover mapping, equivalent rights, grandfathering decisions
• Corporate or employer-sponsored fund experience, including trustee and principal-employer governance
• Able to operate as the sole embedded specialist, self-directed alongside a client team with existing day jobs

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery framework across pre-completion mobilisation, Day 1 change of control, and SFT planning and execution
• Lead transition plan covering completion readiness and SFT foundations
• Re-map interfaces, reporting, data flows and AML schema from the seller
• Ensure Day 1 readiness: trustee records, governance history, continuity of provider set

• Transition plan covering completion readiness and SFT foundations
• Administrator service model - re-mapping interfaces, reporting, data flows and AML schema from the seller
• Day 1 change-of-control readiness: trustee records, governance history, continuity of the existing provider set
• SFT scoping and equivalence, and payday super limited service period regulatory relief
• 8+ years in superannuation with two or more SFTs or administrator changes taken end to end
