Job summary
CMC Markets in Sydney is seeking a Senior Transformation Programme Manager to own end-to-end improvements of client onboarding and related processes across ANZ. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full transformation lifecycle, from diagnosing issues to delivering working solutions, while ensuring governance, compliance and risk management.
You’ll partner with Product, Technology and Data teams to build business cases, manage vendor transitions and secure executive sponsorship.
Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes in regulated financial services.
- Ability to design end-to-end onboarding and client journeys with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record turning business cases and risk registers into delivery.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation lifecycle across strategy, design, vendor transitions, and governance.
- Diagnose root causes and design practical future-state journeys with Product/Tech/Data.
- Manage vendor onboarding, transition planning, and service continuity.
- Influence senior stakeholders to secure timely decisions while managing risk/compliance.
