Transport for NSW seeks a Transport Senior Service Manager to drive strategic advisory, transformation and regulation across regulation at Transport. This permanent role requires a strategic leader who can influence executives and deliver meaningful outcomes for NSW communities.

Qualifications

• Strategic and commercially minded leader with consulting/transformation experience.
• Ability to influence executive decisions at the highest level.
• Experience in policy, advisory or regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives that support priorities, drive transformation and long-term value.
• Advise executives on complex regulatory, operational and investment decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to test concepts and launch innovative programs.
• Guide business cases, planning, options analysis and investments.
• Use data and insights to identify improvements and boost performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across government and industry.
