Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Transformation Advisory to drive strategic advisory, innovation and transformation across regulation at Transport.

You will join the Safety, Policy, Environment and Regulation division and lead a specialist advisory and regulatory incubation function that partners with senior leaders to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for NSW communities.

In this role you'll

• Lead strategic initiatives that support organisational priorities, drive transformation and create long-term value.
• Provide trusted advice to executives and business leaders on complex regulatory, operational and investment decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to explore opportunities, test new concepts and establish innovative programs, services and ways of working.
• Guide business case development, strategic planning, options analysis and investment decisions to support successful outcomes.
• Use insights, data and evidence to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen organisational performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering strong relationships across government, industry and the broader transport sector.

You are a strategic and commercially minded leader with experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, policy or advisory environments. You are comfortable navigating complexity, bringing clarity to ambiguous challenges and influencing decisions at the executive level.

You have a proven ability to develop practical solutions to complex issues, build trusted stakeholder relationships and deliver initiatives that achieve lasting business outcomes. With strong leadership capability, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, you thrive in environments that require innovation, adaptability and strategic thinking.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience are essential.
