Reporting to the Metallurgical Superintendent, the successful candidate will manage a team of plant metallurgists providing support to multiple lithium processing facilities to ensure products are produced within specification, safely and efficiently, while achieving agreed production targets. This role is responsible for optimising plant performance, improving operational efficiencies and providing leadership and development to the metallurgical team.
This position is offered on an 8:6 roster, working 10-hour shifts, with camp accommodation available in our newly established facilities for drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) candidates.
