Job summary

Talison Lithium is seeking a skilled professional for the Greenbushes Lithium Operation to manage central communications and mine data, and operate the fleet management system. The role sits within a 7:7 continuous shift roster and requires a minimum of 12 months in surface mining with strong data and dashboard skills.

You will work with production engineers and contractors, ensuring accurate data capture and timely dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience with surface mining operations.
• Experience in a mine control room environment.
• Literacy with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing applications.
• Experience with creating and maintaining information dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the mine’s fleet management system and dispatch equipment efficiently.
• Collaborate with production engineers and contractors to meet shift plans.
• Monitor automated Mine Services Area systems and coordinate maintenance.
• Collect, input and communicate information accurately and timely.
• Assist with projects related to monitoring and automation of mine processes.
• Manage mining production-related projects.
• Contribute to reliability improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
