Job summary

Glencore's Oaky Creek Coal North Mine is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to lead the site training strategy, ensure compliance, and coordinate a Training team across operations. You will develop training packages, forecast courses, onboard workers, and build stakeholder relationships while maintaining a strong safety culture.

This role follows a Monday to Friday or 9-day fortnight roster and relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Assessment & Workplace Training.
• Proven experience in a similar underground mining role.
• Strong planning, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and coordinate site training systems.
• Audit training compliance and produce reports.
• Manage site training needs analysis, forecasting and onboarding.
• Develop and facilitate training packages and plans for workers.
• Support training strategy implementation and stakeholder relationships.
