Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Data Centre Thermal Solutions. You will serve as the primary technical interface with key data centre customers across the Pacific region, focusing on chilled water plants, precision cooling, and advanced thermal management solutions.

You will own technical pricing strategy and bid development, aligning engineering, procurement and commercial teams for high‑density projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in HVAC/chiller systems and thermal plant solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in technical sales, bid management and pricing of complex engineered solutions.
• Strong communication skills translating technical solutions into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technical interface between Johnson Controls and Data Centre customers across the Pacific region.
• Lead design guidance for cooling systems and thermal plant architectures.
• Own technical pricing strategy and bid development for complex opportunities.
• Support Strategic Account Manager to drive commercial growth.
• Ensure proposals articulate total cost of ownership and lifecycle value.
