Hardware & General in Brookvale is seeking a Senior In-Store Sales Representative to support timber customers, advise on products and drive sales. You will build relationships, coordinate projects and ensure high levels of customer service in a busy retail environment.

The role requires at least two years in-store or retail sales, with timber product knowledge highly regarded, and offers full-time hours, annual leave, personal leave and a full uniform.

Qualifications

• Working closely with external sales representatives and internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Coordinating in-store projects, contractors and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Managing store scheduling to support efficient operations and achieve sales and gross profit targets.
• Monitoring project progress and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Maintaining a safe, organised and welcoming store environment.
