Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a Theatre Head Technical Operator – Lighting to coordinate in-house lighting resources, lead the BOH lighting team and manage shows' technical requirements. You will be a senior contact for the Theatre lighting team and participate in staff recruitment, records, training and documentation.

You will ensure high-quality service, meet deadlines, and maintain safety and risk-management standards across Theatre back-of-house operations while working in a dynamic theatre

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Lighting/Technical Theatre or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years senior technical lighting experience in theatre productions.
• Experience in rostering, records and staff induction/training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Theatre Technical Manager with coordinating lighting resources and shows.
• Lead the BOH lighting team and act as senior contact.
• Recruitment, induction and performance management of staff.
• Maintain records, assets and documentation; ensure safety and compliance.
