Job summary

Century in Chatswood seeks a Lighting Technician to support The Concourse venues with high‑caliber lighting and rigging operations. You will work across the Concourse Theatre and Concert Hall, ensuring safety and reliability during performances and tech rehearsals.

Applicants should have hands‑on experience in theatre environments, strong knowledge of rigging and stage lighting, and the stamina for work at heights.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering live production in venues of similar size and style.
• Ability to read production documentation, cues and mark-ups.
• Good fitness and head-height working capability.
• Strong knowledge of technical production across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departments during bump-ins and rehearsals.
• Call show cues and maintain production timing.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies per procedure.
• Operate in-house lighting and related equipment as required.
