Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking an experienced Quality & Testing Manager to own quality and testing across a complex ICT environment, leading testing teams and shaping quality practices. This contract role is based on-site in Darwin, NT, through to 30 June 2027 and offers the chance to work with senior stakeholders across a major transformation program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead role.
• Experience leading testing teams in a large ICT program.
• Strong knowledge of quality and testing management methodologies.
• Experience with test plans, scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and project management.
• Experience with test management and test automation tools.
• ISTQB certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality and testing across a large technology program.
• Develop and oversee test plans, documentation, and outcomes.
• Lead testing resources to deliver high-quality results.
• Collaborate with PMs, vendors and stakeholders to prioritise testing.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery, quality, or timelines.
• Provide oversight of testing resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing speed and coverage.
• Ensure quality and risk considerations are incorporated into testing.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Support testing strategies, automation, and best practices.
