Job summary

Quality People is representing a client in Darwin seeking a seasoned Quality & Testing Manager to lead testing services for a large-scale ICT program on a 7 months+ contract. You will drive test planning and governance, partnering with project managers to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

This role requires at least 5 years in a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead role, with NSQHS and ISO 9001:2015 familiarity, COTS testing, and TestComplete automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Test Manager / Senior Test Lead role.
• Familiar with NSQHS Standards and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management.
• Experience testing a COTS-based solution; TestComplete automation.
• Experience leading testing teams in a program setting.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is highly desirable.

Our client URGENTLY requires aQuality and Testing Manager for 7 months+ Contracts in Darwin.

We are seeking an experienced Quality & Testing Manager to lead testing services for a large-scale ICT program. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality of project products by supporting project managers and leads in the delivery of comprehensive test plans.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a Test Manager / Senior Test Lead role.
• Familiarity withAustralian National Safety and Quality Health Services (NSQHS) Standardsand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management.
• Demonstrated experience in testing activities for a COTS based solution and SmartBear - TestComplete automation tool.
• Demonstrated track record in managing one or more teams to deliver testing services in a program setting andability to articulate the objectives of a successful quality and testing function.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle and associated project managementmethodology, techniques and frameworks.
• Possess relevant certification such as ISTQB is highly desirable.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
