Job summary

Centorrino Technologies (CT) is seeking an experienced Quality & Testing Manager to own quality and testing across a complex ICT environment, leading testing teams and shaping quality practices. This contract role is based on-site in Darwin, NT, through to 30 June 2027 and offers the chance to work with senior stakeholders across a major transformation program.

• Minimum of 5 years in a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead role.
• Experience leading testing teams in a large ICT program.
• Strong knowledge of quality and testing management methodologies.
• Experience with test plans, scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and project management.
• Experience with test management and test automation tools.
• ISTQB certification highly regarded.

We’re looking for an experiencedQuality & Testing Managerto join a major, multi-year technology transformation program.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of quality and testing across a complex ICT environment, working with project teams, technical specialists, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, fit for purpose and ready for delivery.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead testing teams, shape quality practices and drive continuous improvement across a large-scale transformation program.

This is a contract opportunity through to30 June 2027, based on-site inDarwin, NT.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage quality and testing services across a large technology program.
• Develop, review and oversee comprehensive test plans, test documentation, test cases and test outcomes.
• Lead testing resources to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
• Work closely with Project Managers, program leads, vendors and stakeholders to prioritise testing activities and work packages.
• Identify, manage and resolve issues that may impact testing delivery, quality or timelines.
• Provide oversight of project-level testing resource planning and management.
• Drive continuous improvements in the speed, efficiency and coverage of testing activities.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate quality, safety and risk considerations are incorporated into testing and implementation activities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, business teams, technical teams and vendors.
• Ensure testing requirements and outcomes are clearly communicated to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the delivery of testing strategies, automation and quality practices across a complex program.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience as aTest Manager or Senior Test Leadwithin a large ICT program.
• Proven experience leading one or more teams to deliver testing services in a complex program environment.
• Strong understanding of quality and testing management methodologies, techniques and frameworks.
• Extensive experience reviewing and validating test plans, scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated project management methodologies.
• Experience withTest Management and Test Automationmethods and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to translate complex testing requirements into clear, practical language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear plans, reports and presentations.
• A minimum of5 years' experiencein a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead role will be highly regarded.
• Experience within thehealth sector, large-scale transformation programs or complex enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
• Understanding of recognised quality management standards and frameworks will be advantageous.
• Experience withCOTS-based solutionsandSmartBear TestCompletewill be advantageous.
• Relevant testing certifications such asISTQBwill be highly regarded.
