Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead on large ICT programs.

• Knowledge of quality testing management methodologies and frameworks.
• Ability to define tactics to meet customer requirements in testing.

Responsibilities

• Improve speed and coverage of testing delivery.
• Own quality test plans, documentation, test cases and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Lead permanent and contract staff delivering testing services.
• Prioritise test work packages across projects with the team.
• Oversee resource planning and manage issues impacting testing.
