Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to deliver large-scale transformation programs within an Australian Government context. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical capability, governance mindset, and excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders across government sectors.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in managing ICT projects to deliver to time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Ability to foster team culture and lead small teams, including providing clear direction, effectively oversighting tasks and coaching to build high performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with influence, effectively interpret and synthesise technical information, and interact with people with diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage expectations across varied stakeholder groups
• Ability to conduct critical analysis and use available information and professional judgement to solve complex problems and implement pragmatic solutions
• Ability to effectively manage high volumes of work and competing priorities, including the ability to adapt and respond to change and manage changing team and stakeholder needs
