Job summary

Aurec Group is recruiting a senior testing leader to drive the client-side test strategy, governance, and QA for a major cloud transformation. You will oversee end-to-end testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, integrations, and data migration.

You will govern vendor test execution, manage defect triage, and provide go/no-go release readiness assessments, working with architects, delivery vendors and business SMEs to ensure business process acceptance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software testing and governance.
• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• Hands-on leadership for testing of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Background in API integration testing and data migration validation.
• SQL querying skills for data verification.

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy covering SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and release readiness across Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Govern vendor test execution, manage defect triage, and provide evidence-based go/no-go release readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery vendors, and business SMEs to ensure seamless business process acceptance.
• Utilise Azure DevOps Test Plans to drive test traceability, execution dashboards, and quality gate reporting.
