Job summary

Charter Diligence is seeking three Test Analysts to support a major digital transformation in a Commonwealth Government environment. The role combines hands-on manual testing with automated testing across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, helping ensure new applications and integrations meet functional and usability requirements before production release.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst or Automation Tester.
• Experience testing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Pages/Dataverse).
• Strong knowledge of functional, system, integration, regression, UI and UAT testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into testing scenarios.
• Hands-on automation test development using Playwright/Selenium (UI) and API testing.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with VS Code, dev environments and SDLC/Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate testing across multiple technology initiatives.
• Review requirements to identify test conditions and risks.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, cases, and documentation.
• Conduct functional, system, integration, regression, UI and UAT testing.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across enterprise apps.
• Test Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages and Dataverse solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated UI regression suites.
• Create and run automated API/integration tests.
• Validate APIs, authentication, integrations and data flows.
• Support testing of Dataverse plugins and custom APIs.
• Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Monitor automated tests and investigate failures.
• Prepare test data and environment management.
• Track defects and regression testing post-release.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to test coverage.
• Prepare testing status reports and quality metrics.
