Job summary

Ampersand Ltd is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major Dynamics 365 transformation. The role demands hands-on leadership across SIT, UAT, and data migration, with governance and release-readiness accountability.

You will collaborate with delivery vendors, SMEs and architects in a hybrid Sydney-based setup to establish testing strategies and quality reporting for a cloud-first program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software testing, QA and test management.
• Hands-on testing leadership for Dynamics 365 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across the transformation program.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, schedules and quality gates.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance and production verification testing.
• Lead testing across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and data migration.
• Coordinate UAT workshops and sign-off.
• Monitor vendor testing performance and maintain client-vendor accountability.
• Provide release-readiness recommendations and governance.
