Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years proven experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Python, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Experience with UI, API, integration, and end-to-end test automation.
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for desktop and enterprise software.
• Lead automation strategy for ICP Expert and related initiatives.
• Develop scalable, reliable automated tests using standard tools and frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality.
• Collaborate with software development, product management, and QA teams to define testing strategies.
• Analyze requirements and designs to identify automation opportunities and risks.
• Investigate and resolve automation failures and test infrastructure issues.
• Support release activities with adequate automated coverage and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes and quality practices.
• Mentor team members on best practices and modern testing methods.
