Job summary

Horizontal Talent Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead to drive large enterprise payroll implementations with a strong emphasis on New Zealand deployments. You will lead payroll workstreams, conduct gap analyses and develop strategic roadmaps while engaging senior stakeholders.

Requirements include 8-15 years of relevant experience, minimum 2 full lifecycle ECP implementations and mandatory ECP certification.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience on Australia/New Zealand payroll projects.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle ECP implementations.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
• Strong hands-on configuration: wage types, taxation, deductions, benefits integration.
• Experience with FI mapping, infotype associations, and payroll reporting.
• Knowledge of payroll integrations, Payroll Control Centre and UI Mashups.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and Intelligent Services.
• Leadership of payroll workstreams and strategic roadmaps.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage priorities.
• 6-12 month contract experience and NZ payroll focus.

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead to lead and deliver large enterprise payroll implementations, with a strong focus on New Zealand payroll deployments.

What we’re looking for:

• 8-15 years of relevant experience, including Australia/New Zealand projects


• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations


• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (Mandatory)


• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECP configuration, including wage types, taxation, deductions, benefits integration, off-cycle payroll, garnishments and accumulations


• Experience with FI mapping, infotype associations, permissibility rules and payroll reporting


• Strong knowledge of payroll integrations, Payroll Control Centre and UI Mashups


• Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center and Intelligent Services


• Knowledge of Employee Central and Time Off configuration, including Time Profiles, Time Types, Time Sheets and Time Objects


• Experience leading payroll workstreams, conducting gap analysis and developing strategic roadmaps and solution blueprints


• Strong troubleshooting, incident management and problem-solving skills


• Ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities


• Experience conducting customer discovery sessions and supporting presales activities
