Job summary

SAS Australia is seeking a Senior Technical Support Account Manager to provide post-sales support across enterprise SAS software for strategic customers. The role is hybrid and based in Sydney or Melbourne, working with SAS teams to ensure successful customer relationships.

You will act as a strategic technical advisor, coordinate problem escalations, document issues, and communicate with customers and SAS experts.

Qualifications

5 years' experience in technical sales, systems engineering, project management, applications development or customer support.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Expert knowledge of SAS products and their applications.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to communicate clearly, and strong problem resolution skills.
Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic technical advisor to customers on SAS support related activities.
Proactively communicate with customer and SAS experts during problem resolution; document and update tracking system.
Coordinate and manage escalations, follow SOPs, and deliver SAS services across multiple priorities.
Build knowledge of SAS and related domains; help customers understand risks and mitigation strategies.
Work remotely or on customer site as necessary to deliver the services.
