Job summary
Atlas Copco Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Technical Specialist to be the go-to expert for Power & Light products, including generators, lighting towers, battery storage, and solar solutions. You will provide advanced technical support, train staff, and work with service teams, dealers and customers to optimise equipment performance.
Ideal candidates will have an Electrical Trade Qualification or Engineering degree, strong diagnostic skills, and experience with generators or renewable energy systems.
Qualifications
- Electrical Trade Qualification or Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with generators, lighting towers, renewable energy solutions, battery storage, or industrial electrical systems highly regarded.
- Passion for technology, customer service, and sharing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for electrical power and lighting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues.
- Support new product launches and technical training programs.
- Assist with warranty investigations and technical reporting.
- Collaborate with service, sales, and product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across Power Technique.
