Qualifications
- Advanced technical support experience for electrical power and lighting equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with generators, lighting towers, renewable energy solutions, battery storage, or industrial electrical systems is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for electrical power and lighting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues.
- Support new product launches and technical training programs.
- Assist with warranty investigations and technical reporting.
- Collaborate with service, sales and product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in Power Technique.
