Job summary

Equans ANZ in Sydney is seeking a Senior Electrician / Multi Service Technician to deliver preventative maintenance, fault finding and critical electrical services across a diverse portfolio of clients including data centres, telecommunications facilities and commercial buildings. You’ll operate with autonomy in the field, supported by a national team that priorities safety, quality and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-trade experience in service, maintenance or critical environments.
• Proven fault-finding and diagnostic expertise.
• Strong understanding of complex electrical installations.
• Experience preparing repair quotes and minor works proposals.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify issues proactively and deliver solutions.
• Experience mentoring apprentices or junior electricians.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance across commercial, industrial and critical infrastructure sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate specialist contractors and OEM providers.
• Assist with switching, isolations and outage planning.
