Job summary

Job Q in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist - End User Computing to plan, coordinate and deliver complex Microsoft 365 migration activities across educational institutions within a government digital transformation.

The role requires hands-on migration tool experience (ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Manager), PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph APIs, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure successful pre-migration assessments, migrations, validation and post-migration

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Manager).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) and migration best practices.
• Experience migrating large datasets from on-premises file shares to Microsoft 365.
• PowerShell automation skills for migration tasks and admin activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs and Microsoft 365 automation.
• Ability to produce migration reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.

As part of this initiative, the department is delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 migration projects that will impact thousands of users across Queensland.Your New Role:As the Senior Technical Specialist - Data Migration (End User Computing), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex Microsoft 365 migration activities.
