Job summary

Future Secure AI in Melbourne is looking for a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate delivery across multiple production line pods on one or more customer accounts, aligning dependencies, timelines and priorities to keep a shared program on track. You will coach teams in our Way of Working and drive consistent practices across pods.

Key responsibilities include planning and release management, RAID/escation, capacity management, and cross-use case ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent Agile teams.
• Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum Master, RTE or Delivery Lead) with a track record of coaching teams to predictable velocity.
• Proven ability to own release planning, cross-team dependency management and portfolio capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cross-Use Case Release Plan for the production line(s): a living plan updated weekly showing all design, build, UAT and go-live milestones and dependencies.
• Sequence releases across a multi-quarter horizon for all use cases on the account, including unscoped ones, through Hypercare.
• Own the production line RAID picture and Dependency Log; drive resolution to closure and escalate as needed.
