Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Delivery Program Manager to orchestrate delivery across production line pods and multiple customer accounts. You will align dependencies, timelines, and priorities to keep a shared program on track, acting as a Way of Working coach at scale and removing impediments to meet milestone commitments.

You will own the cross-use case release plan, manage RAID, dependencies, capacity, and quality metrics, and lead ceremonies like Scrum of Scrums and Portfolio Reviews.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent Agile teams.
• Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum Master, RTE or Delivery Lead) with a track record of coaching teams to predictable velocity.
• Proven ability to own release planning, cross-team dependency management and portfolio capacity planning.
• Able to influence without direct report authority across peers, leads and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cross-Use Case Release Plan on production lines with weekly updates and dependencies on a single timeline.
• Sequence releases across a multi-quarter horizon across all use cases to Hypercare.
• Maintain RAID picture and Dependency Log, driving resolution to closure.
• Coach pods on Way of Working, Jira hygiene, and ensure delivery standards.
• Produce a consistent read on account delivery health for leadership.
