Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate delivery across multiple production line pods on one or more customer accounts. You will align dependencies, timelines and priorities to keep a shared program on track, acting as a Way of Working coach at scale.

You will own the Cross-Use Case Release Plan, manage RAID and capacity, coach pods on Agile ceremonies and ensure Jira hygiene while driving measurable delivery health across the account.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent Agile teams, ideally in a scaled or program environment.
• Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum Master, RTE or Delivery Lead) with a track record coaching teams to predictable velocity.
• Proven ability to own release planning, cross-team dependency management and portfolio capacity planning.
• Able to hold accountability and influence without direct line authority, across peers, leads and executives.
• Confident managing up and out to senior stakeholders, sponsors and program governance.
• Advanced user of Jira and Confluence, with strong reporting and delivery tooling hygiene.
• A systems thinker who can operate one level up, spotting cross-use case patterns before they impact the account.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cross-Use Case Release Plan for the production line(s): a living plan updated weekly with Design Review, Build, UAT and go-live and all dependencies.
• Sequence releases across a multi-quarter horizon spanning every use case on the account, including those not yet scoped, through to Hypercare.
• Own the production line-wide RAID picture, maintaining the risk register and Dependency Log and driving resolution to closure.
• Be the point of contact for use case team challenges, escalate to APAC Delivery Leader when required.
• Spot resource conflicts, coach pods to resolve and elevate unresolved conflicts with impact and priority.
• Own Capacity Mapping: live view of allocations across use cases and flag over-allocation.
• Monitor Jira quality metrics (defect rate, UAT pass rate, test coverage, incidents) and raise issues early.
• Produce a single health read on account delivery health for leadership.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to orchestrate delivery across multiple production line pods on one or more customer accounts, aligning dependencies, timelines and priorities to keep a sharedprogram on track. Acting as a Way of Working coach at scale, the Technical Program Manager drives consistent practices, surfaces cross-use case risks, and removes systemic impediments so milestone commitments are met across every use case.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for specific tasks and outcomes, including but not limited to:

Planning & Release Management

• Own the Cross-Use Case Release Plan for the production line(s): one living plan, updated weekly, with each use case's Design Review, Build, UAT and go-live and all dependencies on asingle timeline.
• Sequence releases across a multi-quarter horizon spanning every use case on the account, including those not yet scoped, through to Hypercare.

Delivery Accountability, RAID & Escalation

• Own the production line-wide RAID picture, maintaining the risk register and Dependency Log across every active use case and driving resolution to closure.
• Be the point of contact for use case team challenges, receive escalations from Build Leads and Engagement Leads, and elevate to the APAC Delivery Leader where required.

Dependency & Capacity Management

• Spot where use cases compete for the same resource, platform support, customer attention or milestone; coach pods to resolve, and elevate unresolved conflicts to the Engagement Lead and Build Lead with impact and a priority recommendation.
• Own Capacity Mapping: a live view of who is allocated where and at what percentage across every use case, flagging over-allocation before a pod misses a commitment, with the Resource Manager and Operations Lead.

Quality, Metrics & Reporting

• Monitor Jira quality metrics per use case (defect rate, UAT pass rate, test coverage, production incidents), raising issues early when AI Co-Worker quality may be at risk.
• Produce one consistent read on account delivery health (milestones, dependencies, capacity, quality) for the Build Lead, Engagement Lead and AI Engineering Lead.

Ceremonies, Coaching & Way of Working

• Own the cross-use case ceremony set (weekly Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Health Reviews, Cross-Use Case Retrospectives with the Build Lead, and the Monthly Portfolio Review), observing pod ceremonies on rotation to coach.
• Foster the FSAI Way of Working, delivery standards, Jira hygiene and a solution‑first mindset across pods, carrying what works in one pod across to the others.
• Hold named build‑RACI accountability (Accountable for Build Readiness, Responsible for Platform Deployment Coordination) and own prioritization and sequencing when use cases compete.
• Own the subscription's artefacts (Release Plan, Capacity Map, Quality Scorecard, Dependency Log, Portfolio Hypercare Report), set up Jira and pod access, and coordinate UAT environments and the cross-use case go‑live checklist.

Relationships

• Internal: Manage up and out to delivery leadership, Engagement Leads and Executive Directors; hold a trusted partnership with the Engagement Lead and flag resourcing risk early enough to act with the customer.
• External: Represent delivery health to customer sponsors and stakeholders, keeping the relationship focused on the account.
