Job summary

Future Secure AI in Sydney is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate delivery across multiple production line pods for one or more customer accounts. You will align dependencies, timelines, and priorities to keep the program on track, acting as a Way of Working coach at scale and driving consistent practices.

You will surface cross-use case risks, remove impediments, and ensure milestone commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams
• Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum Master, RTE or Delivery Lead)
• Experience owning release planning and dependency management
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Skilled in communicating with senior stakeholders
• Advanced reporting and delivery tooling hygiene (Jira/Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Plan and own the Cross-Use Case Release Plan updated weekly
• Maintain RAID picture and risk/Dependency logs; drive closure
• Manage capacity mapping and resource conflicts across use cases
• Monitor Jira quality metrics and report delivery health
• Lead cross-use case ceremonies and promote Way of Working
