Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate delivery across multiple production line pods on one or more customer accounts. You will align dependencies, timelines and priorities to keep a shared program on track, and coach the Way of Working at scale.

Responsibilities include planning releases, managing RAID and capacity, tracking quality metrics, and leading ceremonies to ensure predictable velocity and delivery health across pods.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent Agile teams in a scaled/program environment.
• Strong Agile delivery background with a track record of coaching teams to predictable velocity.
• Proven ability to own release planning, cross-team dependency management and portfolio capacity planning.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across peers, leads and executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own the cross-use case release plan updated weekly across multiple use cases.
• Maintain production line RAID, risk registry, and dependency log; drive issue resolution to closure.
• Map capacity live across use cases and flag over-allocation ahead of missed commitments.
• Monitor Jira quality metrics and produce a single view of delivery health for leadership.
• Own cross-use case ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, health reviews, retrospectives) and promote the Way of Working.
