Job summary

West Recruitment seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a data hub supporting enterprise data initiatives. You will work with business stakeholders, data architects, and analytics teams to translate requirements into practical data and technology outcomes.

The role covers current-state assessment, future-state design, data governance, data quality, lineage, and integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex enterprise environments with data governance and architecture.
• Able to translate business needs into data and technology requirements.
• Comfortable working with Data Architects, Data Engineers and analytics teams.
• Advantage for SAP data governance, reporting or master data experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand current-state systems, processes and data flows.
• Gather and document business, data and technical requirements.
• Map processes and data flows and identify dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technology.
• Support data validation, testing and implementation as initiatives progress.
