• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

• Write and analyse SQL queries to investigate data, validate requirements, and support solution design.
• Identify, access, and assess source systems to understand data structures, lineage, and business rules.
• Work closely with data engineers and technical teams to support delivery of data products and initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, and problem-solving activities.
• Document business rules, data flows, source-to-target mappings, and functional requirements.
• Proactively challenge assumptions and help stakeholders define what they actually need, not just what they've asked for.
