Job summary

Toast, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fully remote contract role in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane).

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on building candidate pools, ensuring a great candidate experience, and aligning with business partners across GTM functions, predominantly Sales. The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in recruiting across GTM functions, preferably field sales.
• Proficiency in using data/metrics to influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs.
• Attract, source, recruit and engage top talent for Toast’s GTM functions, predominantly Sales.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through sourcing strategies, referrals and networks.
• Own end-to-end sourcing strategies, including market research and candidate relationship building.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and drive decision-making.
• Develop creative sourcing solutions to address talent shortages and market conditions.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise hiring outcomes.
• Provide exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
