Job summary
Suncorp seeks an experienced Talent Lead to shape enterprise talent management, succession, and leadership pipelines across the organisation in Brisbane, Australia. You will consult with executives to understand business needs, assess talent risks and deliver practical solutions that align with capability and performance goals.
You will partner with Organisational Development, the People team and the enterprise to translate talent decisions into tangible outcomes, building trusted relationships
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in executive talent management within a large complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary methods for assessing potential, capability, readiness and development priorities.
- Experience designing or delivering enterprise talent management, succession or leadership pipeline initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve talent, succession and assessment frameworks that support fair and evidence-based decisions.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to understand needs and develop practical talent solutions.
- Build leadership pipelines aligned with future capability requirements, business priorities and succession needs.
- Provide clear talent insights and recommendations to executive audiences and governance forums.
- Connect talent initiatives with broader Organisational Development and People priorities.
- Manage external providers and specialists to improve quality, value and outcomes.
