Job summary

Suncorp Group in Australia seeks a Lead, Strategy and Insights to shape enterprise People strategy through research and workforce insights. You will partner with executives to turn complex data into clear action and build future-focused measures to improve organisational decisions.

You will connect workforce intelligence with strategic priorities, translating evidence into recommendations across the organisation and working across the People team to drive enterprise impact.

Qualifications

• Five+ years across strategy, consulting, organisational development, workforce strategy, or insights.
• Consulting experience of 12 months or more is advantageous.
• Strong data interpretation of engagement surveys and workforce reporting.
• Knowledge of strategic measurement, evaluation frameworks, and data storytelling.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Group Strategy to connect workforce trends with enterprise priorities.
• Analyse engagement, workforce and organisational data including reporting.
• Develop future-focused measures and evaluation frameworks showing progress and alignment.
• Create clear reports, visualisations and executive narratives for planning and investment.
• Consult with EGMs and senior stakeholders to turn evidence into action.
• Synthesize research and data sources into a cohesive view of opportunities and risks.
