Job summary

Suncorp seeks a Lead, Strategy and Insights in Sydney or Brisbane to shape enterprise People strategy through research and workforce insights. You will partner with Group Strategy and senior leaders to translate complex data into clear action, shaping strategies, measures and long‑term plans aligned to organisational priorities.

The role blends rigorous analysis with enterprise consulting to help EGMs understand opportunities, manage risks and translate evidence into concrete recommendations

Qualifications

• Five+ years across strategy, consulting, organisational development or insights.
• Consulting firm experience is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Knowledge of strategic measurement and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to translate evidence into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Group Strategy to connect workforce trends with enterprise and People priorities.
• Analyse engagement, workforce and organisational data, including reporting.
• Develop future-focused measures and evaluation frameworks.
• Create clear reports, visuals and executive narratives for planning and investment.
• Consult with EGMs and senior stakeholders to frame challenges and turn evidence into action.
• Connect research and data sources into a cohesive view of opportunities and risks.
