Suncorp Group in Sydney/Brisbane seeks a Senior Advisor to lead capital reporting, forecasts and strategic analysis across Australian, New Zealand and Group entities. You will be responsible for high‑level governance, modelling and Board reporting with opportunities to influence major capital decisions.

You’ll manage complex processes, mentor analysts and partner with senior leaders, enjoying flexible work arrangements with up to 50% remote work and strong collaboration with risk and finance

Formación

• Five+ years in an insurance or capital role.
• Experience with actuarial reserving, pricing, reinsurance, investments or stochastic modelling is required.
• Degree in actuarial studies, accounting, finance, economics or related quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital reporting, forecasts and analysis with governance.
• Oversee stress testing and scenario analysis across capital and risk domains.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders and boards.
• Assess capital allocation, dividends, and performance drivers.
• Lead capital optimisation and regulatory reporting activities.
• Maintain capital models and mentor junior analysts.
