Job summary

Suncorp Group is seeking an experienced Talent Lead to shape enterprise talent management, succession and leadership pipelines. You will consult with executives to understand business needs, assess talent risks and translate insights into practical solutions across the People team.

You will collaborate with Organisational Development and governance forums to drive leadership capability, readiness and performance outcomes across a large, complex business with a strong focus on outcomes and value.

Qualifications

• At least three to five years' experience in executive talent management within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of assessing potential, capability, readiness and development priorities.
• Experience designing or delivering enterprise talent management, succession or leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Consulting skills and ability to build trusted relationships with executives quickly.
• Confidence using talent data and assessment outcomes to support evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborative approach with commercial judgement and ability to move quickly across stakeholders.

About The Role

As an experienced Talent Lead, you will shape Suncorp's enterprise approach to talent management, succession and leadership pipelines using your knowledge of best practice. You will consult with leaders to understand business needs, assess talent risks and find practical solutions. Working across Organisational Development, the broader People team and the enterprise, you will connect talent decisions with leadership, capability and performance outcomes. You will quickly build trusted relationships with executives and provide clear advice on potential, readiness, development and succession.
