MSS Security Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead to drive recruitment across Victoria and Tasmania. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with operational stakeholders and ensure performance targets are met.

This leadership role requires a proactive, outcomes-focused professional with strong stakeholder management and hands-on capability to support the team and deliver high-volume hires efficiently.

Competenze

• Experience in Talent Acquisition leadership or senior Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment.
• Experience with Workday or similar recruitment systems.

• Lead, coach and support a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Oversee recruitment delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, vacancies, pipelines and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Drive recruitment campaigns, workforce planning and new contract transitions.
• Ensure recruitment processes, compliance and Workday records are maintained accurately.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
