This is a hands‑on, high‑energy recruitment role where no two days look the same. You’ll be recruiting at scale, building talent pipelines nationwide and working with a passionate, driven team committed to creating real outcomes for youth and disadvantaged communities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally
• Manage a team of recruiters across states
• Driving innovative, creative hiring campaigns that cut through the market
• Running daily group interviews and one-on-one interviews
• Headhunting and proactively sourcing top talent
• Partnering with leaders to deliver fast, quality hiring outcomes
• Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding
