Job summary

MMD Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead – Infrastructure, Civil & Energy in Sydney. This senior, hands-on role will lead recruitment across civil construction, infrastructure, energy and major-project markets, combining business development, account management and delivery expertise.

You will recruit contract and permanent professionals, build trusted client relationships across contractors, consultancies and asset owners, maintain candidate networks and manage the full recruitment

Qualifications

15+ years of recruitment experience in civil, infrastructure or energy sectors.
Experience in contract recruitment and contractor management.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and win new business.
Strong delivery-focused approach with commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk across civil, infrastructure and energy.
Build trusted relationships with contractors, consultancies, asset owners and government bodies.
Identify and convert new recruitment and workforce-solution opportunities.
Lead full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
Maintain active candidate networks and contractor onboarding.
