Job summary

Future You is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for the construction and infrastructure sectors. Based in North Sydney with hybrid flexibility, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across project and business needs and collaborate with HR, Operations and hiring managers.

You'll develop proactive sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines from scratch, engage passive candidates, and manage multiple vacancies within a busy NSW project environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Experience partnering with project teams and stakeholders to plan hires.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement in fast-paced construction/infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with project, operations, commercial and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines from scratch.
• Identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Manage multiple vacancies across project environments and prioritize effectively.
• Provide market insights and recruitment advice to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with a national TA team to align on recruitment delivery.

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a background in construction, infrastructure, engineering or major projects?

We’re currently partnering with a leading organisation within the renewables sector to secure an experienced TA professional for a temporary assignment supporting a busy NSW project environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on recruiter who enjoys working closely with operational and project teams and thrives in an environment where proactive sourcing and stakeholder partnership are critical.

About the role

Working as part of an established national Talent Acquisition team, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of project and business requirements, partnering closely with HR, Operations and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
• Partnering with project, operational, commercial and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements
• Developing proactive sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines from scratch
• Identifying, engaging and assessing passive candidates in a competitive market
• Managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities across a project environment
• Providing market insight and recruitment advice to hiring managers
• Ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the process
• Working collaboratively with a broader national TA team

About you

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong hands‑on recruitment capability.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Partner or Senior Recruiter
• Experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, engineering, renewables or major projects
• Strong end‑to‑end recruitment capability
• Excellent proactive sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience recruiting across project, commercial, operational or technical functions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider TA team
• A practical, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Experience working with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms will be advantageous, but strong recruitment and sourcing capability is the priority.
