Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple regions.
• Experience recruiting across corporate and professional services.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Source talent via direct outreach, passive engagement and headhunting.
• Coach interview panels and share best practices to improve hiring decisions.
• Manage offers and negotiations for a seamless process.
• Ensure hiring processes are fair, compliant and consistent.
• Optimise channels and agency partnerships; maintain ATS records.
