Job summary

Credit Corp in Sydney is seeking a seasoned HR leader to own and execute the HR partnering strategy across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. You will advise senior leaders on workforce planning, remuneration and organisational design to drive sustainable growth and performance.

You will lead the HR Partnering team, navigate change, enhance engagement and deliver positive workforce outcomes across APAC with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partnering or HR leadership role
Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance
Demonstrated success leading HR teams across complex or multi-site environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into insights
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business performance and growth
Lead, coach and develop the HR Partnering team across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines
Own the employment risk and governance framework for the APAC region
Drive talent, succession and leadership development initiatives
Leverage workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
