Credit Corp is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia and the Philippines. You will partner with hiring managers, drive effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality hires while supporting a Philippines-based TA Coordinator.

You will influence interview capability, improve candidate experience, and contribute to ongoing TA function evolution in a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience across multiple regions.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and support functions.
• Strong track record in Technology/IT hiring.
• Advanced sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience driving recruitment process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Source talent via direct outreach, passive engagement, and headhunting platforms.
• Coach interview capability and share best practices to improve decisions.
• Manage offers and negotiations to ensure a seamless process.
• Ensure recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and consistent.
• Optimize advertising channels and agency partnerships.
• Maintain ATS records and contribute to TA initiatives and process improvements.
