Queensland Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support in Brisbane seeks an experienced recruitment advisor to support culturally appropriate talent acquisition for youth detention roles. You will work with executives and applicants, helping shape inclusive recruitment practices and strategic projects.

Under direction, you will engage with stakeholders, manage recruitment activities across locations, prepare reports, and contribute to workforce diversity and continuous improvement while

Responsabilidades

Deliver culturally appropriate advice to executives and applicants on recruitment and selection for youth detention roles.
Facilitate community engagement and talent attraction activities across locations to fill vacancies in youth detention centres.
Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enable quality service delivery and outcomes.
Work to grow a diverse and culturally capable workforce in collaboration with other areas.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to human resource matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices, policy and procedures to deliver contemporary solutions.
Contribute to evaluation of services and implementation of new initiatives from strategic plans for continuous improvement.
Participate as part of a cohesive high performing team.
