Job summary

ASX is seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to oversee the SWIFT messaging and payments ecosystem, ensuring availability, security, and resilience. You will provide technical leadership, mentor analysts, and drive improvements across SAA, SAG, SWIFTNet, PKI, and AWS services.

You will manage major incidents, coordinate recovery activities, and work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to keep critical settlement services secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Application Support, Production Support, SRE, or related roles in financial services.
• Experience supporting SWIFT messaging and high-availability environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SWIFT SAA, SAG, and SWIFTNet services.
• Proven ability to lead major incident resolution in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across SWIFT and AWS services.
• Lead end‑to‑end troubleshooting across applications, SAA/SAG, HSM and PKI services, databases, middleware, networks, AWS, and external interfaces.
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate disaster recovery, business continuity, and recovery validation activities.
• Ensure operational readiness and security controls for production and non‑production environments.
