Job summary

ASX is seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to oversee the operational leadership and resilience of ASX’s SWIFT messaging and payments ecosystem. You will guide technical strategy across SAA, SAG, SWIFTNet, PKI, HSM, and related interfaces, while ensuring production services meet availability, security, and regulatory requirements.

• 10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical leadership across SWIFT and financial messaging services.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
• Lead major incident response and coordinate restoration for critical services.
• Mentor support analysts to uplift team capability across SWIFT and cloud operations.
• Ensure daily operations meet availability, security, and resilience objectives.
