Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade .NET applications on our trading/clearing stack. You will implement solutions from business requirements, uplift security, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

The role requires strong full-stack .NET, SQL, and integration experience, with exposure to IAM, Kafka, and AWS. A hybrid work arrangement in Australia is offered, with opportunities to influence critical market infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise full stack .NET development.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and Oracle/RDBMS familiarity.
• Experience integrating systems with IAM and messaging protocols.
• Proven ability to work with multiple teams in a large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions from business requirements and design docs.
• Enhance and fix Austraclear applications; uplift security-compliant functionality.
• Maintain code health with reviews and documentation; drive modernisation.
• Provide 3rd-line support and root-cause analysis; coordinate with 1st/2nd line teams.
